Refund Policy

Recommended starting policy

Students may request a refund before substantial course access or completion, subject to the terms displayed at checkout. Once a course has been substantially completed or a Certificate of Completion has been issued, the purchase may be non-refundable except where required by law.

No outcome-based refunds

Because RoadReform courses are voluntary educational services and no legal result is promised, a third party's decision not to accept or consider a certificate does not by itself create a right to a refund.

How to request a refund

Refund requests will be submitted through the RoadReform support channel once customer support is activated.
